Meet Fred Ojiribe and Anthony Lamborghini, Team Leaders at Ascension Management Inc.
They have both been working with us since November 2019, and will soon be promoted to Management in 2021, where they will oversee the operations for the whole city.
It’s tough to put into words Fred and Anthony’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring them on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for their efforts. Fred and Anthony have quite the reputation amongst employees who know them as well as among our clients.
What makes them unique is that they are the first to arrive and last to leave every day. They help everyone in the office and always lend a hand to assist those in need. They are also always studying leadership and getting better as they mentor others in the office.
Anthony has helped train people who weren’t confident due to personal habits and time management skills. Fred has helped others find happiness and joy in themselves, and always notices when something is wrong.
