I’m James Andorful, the proud owner of Ascension Management, Inc.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
For as long as I can remember, the idea of giving entrepreneurs and businesses an opportunity to grow was a dream that I had been eager to pursue. After spending years expanding my knowledge in business management, marketing and sales, and leadership development, I decided it was the right time to make my next move and set up a business. My desire to start a business of my own and passion to help others grow led me to launch Ascension Management, Inc., sixteen months ago.
Since our inception, I have witnessed several changes to our business. The biggest change was that our clients got bigger and forced us to get bigger. This meant that I had to keep learning and have a growth mindset in order to keep up with the clients and everyone around me.
While my team and I are continually looking for growth opportunities, it is our business philosophy that distinguishes us from our competitors. Our driven team members encourage clients to rise above any obstacle that stands in the way of their goals. We strongly believe that we can do anything we set our minds to. I also offer mentorship and training to anyone I can help so that they can grow and be successful as well.
Some of the values and principles that we emphasize on include personal development, positivity, optimism, solution-oriented, inclusivity-different mindsets, cultures, and mentalities. We realize that the more perspectives brought to the table, the more opportunities everyone has to grow.
When I get to watch others excel in their leadership roles and achieve their goals in half the time they wanted, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. It is also immensely gratifying to see people be able to operate at the same caliber as me.
While I derive immense satisfaction helping clients achieve their objectives, none of it would have been possible without my supportive and hard-working team. They are the driving force behind the business, and they deserve all the credit.
When I am not meeting my clients’ needs, I spend my free time playing Madden and Smash Bros. I also like giving back and volunteering at the Special Olympics and high schools.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
