Employee Spotlight: Eric Williams Jr.

Meet Eric Williams Jr., the account manager at Ascension Management Inc. Eric has been with us since November 2020.

It’s tough to put into words Eric’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Eric has quite the reputation amongst employees who know him as well as among our clients. He trains new employees and helps out with office work such as hosting interviews when recruiting while also helping out with sales and customer service.

Eric is a perfect example of a leader. He understands what employees need and where their pain points are. He cares about the needs and hopes of the team members and is always more than happy to give a helping hand.

One of the great values he brings to the company is that he ensures everyone is connected. Whether it’s a normal day in the office or we’re having a team night, he’s always making sure everyone is included and enjoying their time with everyone.

Eric has really stepped up to help out in the office during the pandemic. During the COVID crisis, we’ve had to change the way we operate, but Eric’s been there from day one to make sure the changes are going smoothly.

It’s clear that Eric has genuine care and commitment for Ascension Management Inc, and we absolutely love the integrity with which he works.

When we asked him about why he loves working with us, he grinned and said: “My favorite thing about the business is how connected we are. I love the fact that we can get business done in the office and still laugh out of the office. The culture here is super fun and allows for everyone to be themselves.”
